NCHSE Instructional Supplement Site License
A site license can be secured when there is more than one health science
teacher at a site who wishes to use the instructional supplements.
In order to obtain a site license, you must:
- Determine the costs for your site to purchase
a Supplement CD for every health science teacher at the site. (Based
on the chart below.)
- Complete and return the site license
agreement.
- Mail, fax or e-mail an agency Purchase

What if not all of the teachers at my school wish to use the
supplements?
You can still purchase single user CDs and Print copies of the
supplements here.
What does a print copy include?
The print copy includes ten 3-ring binders with all of the supplements
(Standards 5 & 6 are combined in one notebook) that include the
content outline, resource section, lesson plans, instructional activities,
and assessment keys. Many teachers like having a print copy
so they can see the materials at a glance.
Do I need to purchase a print copy for all my teachers?
No. You can purchase as many print sets as you want, up
to the number of users on your site license.
What if I don’t order a print copy now, but want one
later?
Once a site license is purchased, print orders will be filled
for the site licensee following the current site license pricing
for print copies. There is no penalty for ordering print copies
at a later date. For each print copy ordered, the purchaser
must include a check or purchase order for the cost of the print
set(s) and $22 for shipping for each print set ordered. Pay Online:
